Although we all aren’t perfect, sometimes there is a need for our customers to return product to us. Usually this is due to order an incorrect size, or print design.
If an error happens, and we ship you the wrong product, we will pick up the incorrect product and ship you the correct one. This is usually done on the same delivery. We put a return sticker in the corrected box so when UPS / FedEx truck shows up…simply open the box, take the return sticker out, and place it on the incorrect box and give the wrong product back to the driver.
If our customer makes an error, a Return Authorization Number has to be created. At the customer’s expense, they must pay to have the product shipped back to our warehouse along with any charges incurred if “Free Shipping” was used on the original order. In addition, there is a a 15-25% (depending on the condition of the box when we get it back – if we need to repack the product, then the 25% comes into play, otherwise just 15%.) of the cost of the original transaction.
If you don’t know if you are ordering the correct product, please feel free to give us a call…or if you have time, we are more than willing to send you samples of the product before you purchase it…just to make sure you are getting what you want.

Absolutely! Once we get word from our warehouse that the order has been shipped we go through all the orders for the day and plug in the tracking number. You will both get an email with the tracking information with a link to the carriers website, and you will also be able to log into your account here on the website and see the status of your order.
We ship all our packages via UPS or FedEx. We do our best to get any orders into us by 11:00am CST out the same day, but some days that is a hard task. If an order does not make it out the same day, it will go out the next business day.
If you select our gift to you of FREE SHIPPING, we will ship the order to you via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. If you need the order sooner, you are more than welcome to choose another shipping option and we will be able to accommodate that for you.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We ship direct to your house, to your business, or to your shipping container. We do not ship directly to countries outside the USA.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
