We understand that mistakes can happen and occasionally a return may be necessary.

If we made an error:
If you receive the wrong product, we’ll make it right. We will arrange to have the incorrect item picked up and ship the correct product—often during the same delivery. A return label will be included in the replacement shipment. Simply place the label on the original box and hand it to the UPS or FedEx driver.

If the order was placed incorrectly:
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any original shipping charges (including “Free Shipping” orders).

A restocking fee of 15%–25% will apply, depending on the condition of the returned items:

  -  15% if items are returned in resalable condition
  -  25% if repackaging is required

Yes! As soon as your order ships, we update your order with tracking details.

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link to the carrier’s website, and you can also log into your account anytime to view your order status and tracking information.

We ship all orders via UPS or FedEx.

Orders placed by 11:00 AM CST typically ship the same day, assuming the items are in stock. While we do our best to meet this cutoff, some days may require additional processing time.

Any orders that do not ship the same day will be sent out the next business day.

Orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, at our discretion.

If you need your order sooner, you can select an expedited shipping option at checkout, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
